Recreating two of the world’s most famous tarts, you’ll learn how to make a tender buttery tart shell, a bright and tangy curd, a velvety smooth chocolate pastry cream, and a cloud-like meringue to top them off. You’ll get a chance to try a comprised tart in class as well as take one home to share (or not!).
