An Event to Remember 

In addition to the classes listed on our calendar, we host private, personalized events in our professional kitchens. Planning a birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette outing, or family reunion? Make it one for the books with a private cooking event! Looking for an interactive corporate outing or team-building event? Nothing brings officemates together like working as a team to create an elaborate and delicious feast!

Event Types

Start Event Planning

All events are customizable, starting with a minimum of 8 people at $95 per person.

Typically, during your event, you and your guests will split into teams and work side by side with a chef instructor learning regional cooking techniques, tricks, and tips unique to the menu of your choice. The events generally run 3 to 4 hours depending on the menu. The price per person is $95, for a minimum of 8 people, and includes a private kitchen, food, instruction, and cleaning after the event.

For parties larger than 8, an additional cost of $95 per person will be added to your total. For parties larger than 16, two kitchens will be required to accommodate your group. Please plan ahead as kitchen space is limited.

Once we finalize a menu, date, and time, we request a security deposit at least 14 days prior to the event. Please call us directly if you are hoping to host an event within this time frame. If possible, we will expedite the process to accommodate your event.

CSCA does not provide refreshments other than water. We encourage you to BYOB or use an external vendor to deliver your beer/wine/soda etc. A few common vendors are Gordon’s Wine and Liquor, or Drizzly.

Please note that CSCA does not provide catering services. If you are looking to hire catering services, many of our graduates own their own catering companies. We welcome positions-for-hire postings on our Careers Page.

Bachelorette Parties
Brunch is a very popular choice for lazy Sunday Bachelorette outings after a busy Saturday night. Others opt for South of the Border spicy cuisine in the evening before heading out for a night of margaritas and dancing.

Corporate Outings
Nearly any menu choice is great for a company retreat or team building activity. Get to know your officemates by working as a team to create a fabulous meal.
