PROFESSIONAL CHEF’S PROGRAM
Total Cost $32,015

Delve deep into the science and art of international cooking and pastry techniques. The program is composed of courses in basic techniques, baking, regional cuisines, and intensive classical French techniques. As a graduate, you will be prepared for positions such as line cook, sous chef, caterer, or personal chef. Many graduates have gone on to quickly launch successful ventures of their own including restaurants, food delivery services, and specialty food shops.

CULINARY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Total Cost $16,640

Introduces you to the art and science of cooking and provides a solid foundation in savory cooking and baking. Upon graduation, you will be prepared for entry-level employment such as prep cook, line cook, or garde manger, but you may also find success as a personal chef or food writer. Upon satisfactory completion, you will have the option of transferring directly into the Professional Chef’s Program to further refine your culinary knowledge and skillset.

PROFESSIONAL PASTRY PROGRAM
Total Cost $32,015

Builds upon fundamental pastry arts and offers the training and creative freedom to develop incredible sugar showpieces, wedding cakes, and show-stopping pastry pieces. Upon graduation, you will be prepared for a range of employment opportunities including assistant pastry chef, production baker, chocolatier, cake decorator, caterer, and CSCA recreational instructor. Many graduates go on to launch successful bake shops, cafés, and confectionary companies.

Certificate Pastry Program

The Certificate Pastry Program (CPP) teaches you core classic pastry techniques, theory, and applications of creating, decorating, and serving professional pastries and breads during this concentrated 16-week program.
