Looking for a reliable, energetic baker with work experience, to make a variety of baked goods, including but not limited to; making large batches of cakes, mixing doughs, tea breads and more, to join our production bakery team. Candidate should be passionate about scratch baking and have the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work independently and keep a clean work space.

Responsibilities

Clean kitchen equipment
Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
Fill orders based on the production list
Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
Skills

Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety practices
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
Daytime hours, including Saturday or Sunday.
