We’re looking for a part time production baker in our small but busy commercial kitchen. Responsibilities include learning our recipes, collaborating to create new recipes that will work for our wholesale and retail clients and packaging orders for pick up or delivery. We’re looking for a positive attitude, a knowledge of the basics, a responsible work ethic and a willingness to complete the task at hand, whatever it is, even if it’s dishes. Just like at CSCA, we clean as we go. The actual daily schedule can be flexible to fit, but definitely mornings 2-4 days per week to start. Building to 4 days/week 4-8 hours per day.
