Job Description
Cooks & Back of House Responsibilities:

-Contribute to daily operations of kitchen for full-service restaurant and event venue, with potential responsibility in all aspects including hot and cold food preparation, grill, fry, cold stations, and plating
-Assist in inventory management
-Uphold strict sanitation and cleanliness standards, maintain temperature logs and always ensure quality product
-Adhere to kitchen procedures including stocking, thawing, setup, cleaning, breakdown, and overall upkeep of equipment
-Knowledge of allergens and special dietary restrictions
-Demonstrates proper use and cleaning of equipment and supplies and performs daily and weekly cleaning assignments
-Help maintain organization of coolers, freezers, storage areas, and storerooms and promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
-Minimize waste and over production, handle leftovers according to procedures and assure that all items are labeled, dated, and properly stored

Cooks & Back of House Qualifications

-Ability to follow direction in a fast paced environment
-Ability to work self-directed and operate multiple stations at once to execute meal services with efficiency and quality
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
-Efficient oral and written communication
-ServSafe/Allergen Certification, First Aid and Anti-Choke Certification preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Available Shifts Day & Night. Compensation based on experience.
