The Serenitee Restaurant Group currently owns and operates Minglewood Harborside in Gloucester, Cala’s in Manchester, Hale St. Tavern in Beverly Farms, 15 Walnut in Hamilton, Opus in Salem, Maggie’s Farm in Middleton, Chancho’s in Middleton, The Spot in Georgetown, and Alchemy in Lynnfield.

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
Culinary degree not required but is certainly a plus
Technical excellence in the culinary field
Hands on experience with menu development including recipe creation and costing
Experience with all levels of cost controls, but specifically labor and food costs
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Excellent organizational skills
Conflict management skills
Proven experience with training and staff development
Ability to lead by example and manage your team in a fast paced kitchen environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Salary range $60,000 to $80,000
