You will be working in a small, dynamic team with responsibilities both front of house and in the chocolate making process.

Front of house tasks include keeping the store fully stocked, preparing orders, and demonstrating your knowledge of our chocolate to, and serving, our customers.

Chocolate making tasks will begin with understanding the chocolate’s properties, preparation of molded items and chocolate bars, with scope to broaden your skillset to things such as preparing ganache, dipping them with proper precision, preparing cream filled chocolates and nut based treats.

Our work week is Tuesday-Saturday 9-5, with extra hours around Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Easter. The shop is closed for the entire month of July, all staff are paid for this time off. Flexibility around which days you will work is most definitely negotiable but you must be available on Saturdays.
