Outermost in is located on the westernmost tip of Martha’s Vineyard. The view boasts the stunning views of the shear cliffs of Gay Head crumbling into the sea below.

We are a fine dining restaurant featuring local and seasonal fare.

We are seeking talented and ambitious full-time SOUS CHEF/ LINE COOKS for dinner Service 6 nights a week.
We have potential housing opportunities available for staff.

Required Skills

Ideal SOUS CHEF candidate will possess:
• 3+ years of cooking experience in fine dining restaurant
• Ability to manage a station from prep to service
• Thorough knowledge of fish and meat butchery/cookery
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Eagerness to assist Chef facilitate a smooth and efficient kitchen
• Importance of maintaining clean, sanitized workstation during each shift in accordance with DOH
• Support for other areas of the kitchen as needed

Ideal Hot App, Entremet, Pastry, or Garde Manger LINE COOK candidate will possess:
• 1+ year experience in a fine dining restaurant
• Ability to take direction well
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for cooking

The season will be roughly 17 weeks long. June 1st- October 15
The compensation is based on experience and depends on position but ranges from 20-30k for the 17 weeks.
Housing will be provided at the Inn for 125/week.
Private room, bathroom, meal plan.
