The Nautilus Pier 4 in Boston’s Seaport is hiring for all back of house positions but especially talented line cooks. We are an owner-operated restaurant that began on Nantucket in 2014. We quickly became one of the island’s best restaurants before opening in Boston in April 2021. We’ve been featured on a number of local media outlets including Chronicle, the Globe, Eater & Boston Magazine. We currently serve dinner only, but are looking to expand to lunch in the near future. We believe in a good work/life balance, a stable work environment, and put an emphasis on training and teaching including exposing staff to new ingredients, foods, and cooking techniques. We ask staff to come with the skills required to succeed in a high end, busy kitchen. Candidates should be willing to learn, have a good attitude, be respectful of others and want to be part of a team. Experienced line cooks preferred but if you have talent and just need some training please also apply – we are happy to teach.

Highly competitive base pay
Kitchen fee added to every guest check, adding $4/hr for every hour worked
