Job Title: Bread Team Bench Employee
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Bread Team Bench Employee to help further our growth in the Sourdough world. The ideal candidate is passionate about making bread, has a good eye for detail, and is eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities:
Confirm that what breads are made match what bread has been ordered.
Willingness to learn about the different shapes needed for each bread.
Confidence in helping those around them to match the ideal shape.
Knowledgeable in the order of doughs, in both cutting and shaping.
Knowledgeable of how to complete our online food safety program.
Help maintain a high level of food safety practices.
Knowledgeable of the correct dough weights for various types of doughs and sizes.
Knowledgeable in the proper placement of doughs to achieve the correct proofs.
Consulting the mixing sheet to confirm ingredient prep amounts.
Knowledgeable of when doughs are ready, at all stages.

Job Requirements:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work closely with a variety of personalities and people from different backgrounds.
The ability to manage priorities and logically work toward a resolution on all bread based issues.
Care about maintaining and growing relationships.
Empathic, friendly, assertive, and ready for anything.
Organized and able to multitask.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Weekends and early morning availability.
The ability to fulfill a physically demanding shift.
