L’Andana, part of The Columbus Hospitality Group, is accepting applicants who are self-motivated, positive, and creative professionals with good communication skills and strong multi-tasking abilities. Candidates must feel comfortable working with and leading a small dedicated team in a busy kitchen.
Responsibilities include—but are not limited to—managing daily a la carte production and plating design of desserts and banquet menu items, production of breads as needed, pastries, ice cream and sorbet, chocolates, and special occasion cakes. Some basic managerial responsibilities also include ordering and maintaining inventory.
This is a full time position (32 hours) with all morning shifts, and will require flexibility with the weekly schedule. We will consider a part time candidate finishing school with a commitment to come on full time upon completion.
