La Campania is seeking an evening pastry plater and/or appetizer station cook.
Pastry station responsibilities include: some preservice prep/set up, plating of prepared desserts and baking & plating “made to order” desserts, nightly station clean up. It’s an easy station to work, you’d be working the station alone. It’s a great station to start off when working in a restaurant and nights aren’t terribly late – usually finished by 10:30/11 pm.
Appetizer station responsibilities include: some preservice prep/set up, assembling of cold and hot appetizers, some cooking required. Nightly station clean up. This is a more fast paced, intense station to work! You’re paired up with another cook.
We’re looking for people who are comfortable working in a professional kitchen – but most importantly someone who is reliable and takes great pride in the dishes they put out! We’re an easy going group of cook, servers, bartenders, etc and we have fun – but we always care about the quality and presentation of the food and the guest experience!
