PRODUCE TEAM MEMBER
Our produce department works with many small farms both in California and within New England. We focus on organic and sustainably grown fruits and vegetables, and work hard to source the best produce available and sell it in the best condition possible.

Typical daily tasks include stocking, culling, receiving deliveries, placing orders, and assisting customers with produce questions.

Qualities we are looking for:

Passionate about good produce
Loves providing exceptional customer service
Shrewd decision making and creative problem solving, to keep produce loss low and displays bountiful
Conscientious and hands-on, to order successfully
Good aesthetic sense and merchandising

This is a full-time position. Applicants must have full time holiday and weekend availability. This is a very physically demanding position. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
