Chocolatier Assistant (4-5 days/week)
This is a great entry position for recent culinary school graduates or anyone interested in chocolate and working in a commercial kitchen. Currently seeking a positive, upbeat, good natured and energetic individual to join our team in the production kitchen. Commercial kitchen experience helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities include ganache production, recipe prep, mold polishing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Must be good naturedly flexible, inquisitive, and consistent.Strength in multi-tasking, being highly organized, a fast learner, efficient,team player, attentive to detail, punctual, and very reliable.
Position begins asap and will include training with head chocolatier.
4-5 days / wk, Weekends and holidays included in potential work days during the busy seasons.
Compensation based on experience.
