Pastry Sous Chef
To begin as soon as possible: Capers Catering is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to work in conjunction with our Pastry Chef. Must meet the criteria below. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
Monday through Friday AM schedule with the opportunity to work onsite events for additional income if needed/desired
Positive and encouraging work environment with great team members
At least 2-3 years’ experience creating or assisting creation of exquisite, high-end pastries and desserts.
Super-creative. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Loyal. Enjoys working with a collaborative team.
Flexible/rolls with the punches.
Hard-working, positive, excited to face creative challenges.
This is a full-time job. During events season (May-November) and occasionally other times through the year, weekends may be required to meet client needs.
