We need a chef to work a booth at the seafood show at the waterfront conf center in Boston March 11-14. The show is 12-14, the 11th would be a meet and greet and prep work. Other days would be cooking and sampling. It’s Cod so you’ll do a ceviche in bulk and a airfryer (not breaded) with a sauce. We don’t want to waste plates so serve on an endive or tiny tortilla or lettuce wrap.
