Looking for a personal chef, to cook meals for a single person who is trying to eat more nutritiously (that is me!). Cooking can be done in my home or yours. I am looking for two delicious batches of soup per week (cabbage soup, butternut squash bisque, fish chowder, mushroom barley, etc.), creative salads, vegetable prep and instructions on how to cook the vegetables, and dishes for get-togethers with friends. I really need to become a healthier eater, and soon. Even though I will not be looking for a lot of food, I am looking for an excellent chef would would shop for very high quality food and prepare it well, and who would help me generate ideas for small, but very satisfying and healthy meals.
