I’m a Boston-based plant-based caterer and culinary instructor. I am launching a cookbook this May and am throwing a launch party in my backyard June 15th. I’m planning to do most of the cooking before the party but will be busy during the party being a host. So, I am looking for help.

I am looking to hire some chef students to help me during the party (who are organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast pace setting ) to finish preparing, plating, and serving the heavy hors-d’oeuvres (both passed and stationary) and desserts.

I would be very happy to write recommendations after the event if it would be beneficial to have endorsements from a food service provider/ cookbook author.
