You will be responsible for maintaining quality experiences at an upscale tapas bar. We are looking for people who are inspired by great food and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding experiences to our customers.
Job Description:
Ability to execute menu, follow recipes and maintain food quality/freshness
Follow daily checklist of projects and tasks to be completed
Aid executive chef in prepping for functions, events, and weddings
Help plate & execute for functions, events, and weddings
Work closely with management and support staff to ensure smooth production
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive, upbeat and professional approach with coworkers and customers at all time
Requirements:
Food service experience is a plus
Responsible, self motivated & career oriented
Must work weekends/nights Wednesday- Sunday
Current ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certification

Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Holidays
Night shift
Weekends

Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
