Stop by during an open house to see a sampling of what we offer. Check out a few cooking demonstrations, enjoy student-made snacks, and chat with our admissions staff, instructors, and current students in a comfortable, informal environment.

Learn the ins and outs of our Professional Programs. Join our admissions staff for an introduction to each program, an overview of the application process, and answers to your most pressing questions. Learn about labs, seminars, student events, and career placement support. Alumni and instructors will be available to talk about “a day in the life” of a CSCA student and help you envision your culinary future.
Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and includes a tour of the classrooms and kitchens. If you plan to bring a guest, please inform us ahead of time.
If you can’t make it for an information session, one of our admissions representatives will be happy to give you a private tour at a time that best suits your schedule. Shadow a Class
After you’ve attended an information session or private tour with an admissions representative, we encourage you to shadow one of our current Professional Program labs. This offers a snapshot of your potential life as a culinary student, allowing you to learn from one of our instructors and discuss the program with current students.*
