Sous Chef for a Night
EVOO Restaurant
Menu Prices
Please join The CSCA staff and student body in supporting Carlee
Kelson,
a student in the Professional Chef's Program, as she participates in the
"Sous Chef for a Night" event at EVOO Restaurant. Mary will
work with chef/owner Peter McCarthy in designing a special menu for the
evening. Contact EVOO for reservations. Dinner service begins at 5:00pm.

Please join the CSCA Alumni Board for a weekend getaway on beautiful
Deer Isle in the Acadia region of Maine. Hosted by former CSCA Chef
Instructor Tony Lawless and Tina Oddleifson CCP '01, the weekend
promises to be action packed and full of fun, good food, and good
company.

Saturday, June 7: Morning—Fishing
Expedition! Pulling lobster traps and halibut lines with local
fisherman
Saturday, June 7: Afternoon—Free
Time
Saturday, June 7: Evening—Dinner
at the Inn, which includes the fresh catch from the morning's fishing
expedition!
Sunday, June 8: Late Morning—Visit
Nervous Nellie's and witness her make batches of fresh jams, a local
favorite
All alumni will enjoy a special rate at the
Pilgrim's Inn—10% off the off-season rate
(price includes breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday).
*$110.00 fee covers dinners on Friday and Saturday nights, the
fishing expedition, and the jam-making demonstration.
